This is interesting it’s some of the pieces created at the first ever European vegetable carving competition which recently took place in Leipzig in Germany. This eagle (left) was created by Russian vegetable carver Vadim Nefedjev from various fruits. The frogs on the right were created using cucumber,s with their tongues and eyes made from pieces of carrot.
